My interview with @DeanElmore on Friday, May 21st went very well. We had 90 unique viewers watch at least part of the interview live on Ustream and since then 30 more have watched at least part of the recording. This was my first time conducting any type of interview live over the internet and I learned a lot through the process (yes, this will be a future blog post).
Below is a link to a transcript of the entire interview with @DeanElmore as well as a copy of the #SA30 transcript from the backchannel conversation that took place during the interview. I hope this helps paint a picture of the learning that happened by those watching and by those creating conversations on Twitter. It was a very cool experience to be a part of.

Thanks again to @DeanElmore for his time and dedication to technology and Student Affairs, as well as to @MikeJHamilton for helping behind the scenes. I’m hoping that this can become a regular series of video interviews!
Who do you want me to interview next? What are your tips for conducting a live, streaming video knowing that you’ll want to record the conversation and have it transcripted?

I love this Ed! One question I didn't get to ask the Dean when I interviewed him was how he measures the success (or lack of) of his social networking activities. I will be watching! Good luck!
